Excellent hotel, great location, friendly staff

The hotel has a modern design and looks stunning. The pool areas were clean and well kept and delightful to swim in. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The location, right next to the Yumbo Centre, was perfect for us.

I can find no fault.

Exceptional

It's simply an amazing place! Beautiful rooms and yard with pool, excellent breakfast and extremely accommodating staff. It's right next to Yumbo centre and 10 minutes walk to Playa del Ingles. There's free on street parking outside the hotel. I would highly recommend for anyone who is looking for something more than average and I can't wait to stay at Nayra again!

Lovely , lots of same sex males, who basically kept themselves to themselves , i sometimes like a chat with holiday make

Small clean and tidy , not busy, no rush for beds, warm swimming pool and very close to the Yumbo centre and it’s many restaurants.

The cleaners being able to enter through the back door when you could be in the shower , the shower is completely open , no blind, no frosted glass , so technically could catch you washing your bum. I didn’t like we had to all sunbathe in the one place , all at one end , it would have been nice to use both ends (as the sides are too narrow for sunbeds )

Best Hotel I have Stayed in!!

Hotel Nayra is in one word "amazing"! Although located within close proximity of the Yumbo Centre, which is a very lively area, the hotel is very quiet and relaxing. Our room was large and comfortable. The staff were fantastic. There was a vast amount to choose from for Breakfast which I looked forward to every morning. All in all I could not fault the hotel and feel blessed to have stayed here and would most definitely recommend it to those who just need to switch off!

I have nothing negative to say!!

Lovely hotel, super clean.

This is possibly the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. The place is gleaming. Staff are lovely and friendly. It has a very relaxed atmosphere.

The only negative is the location, it's not in the nicer area of maspalomas as we expected.

Incredible Comfort, Convenience and Tranquility.

The Hotel was exceptional , Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was amazing, Lovely Room with very comfortable and large Bed. Housekeeping were very good and the room was Cleaned to a high Standard. I will recommend it to my friends and definitely will not hesitate to book again.

I didn't like one thing, not having a Restaurant at night inside the Hotel. I got sick and couldn't leave the room but i had to leave the hotel room to eat as there was no food after 7pm or something like that.

Relaxing / perfect.

Breakfast was excellent. Great selection of hot and cold food. Pastries etc. Great coffee. Omelettes etc made to order. Hotel is in a fab location next to Yumbo centre which is what I wanted. Even though it was so close it was very quiet at night.

Wonderful

Lovely small, quiet adult only hotel located right by the Yumbo centre. The (multilingual) staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There was easily enough space around the pool area for the number of guests, which was surprisingly peaceful given the proximity to the nightlife of the Yumbo centre across the road. Rooms had everything you could need, including a small private open area at the back of the room with seating. Small seating area to the front of the room by the pool meant you can swap between the two depending on how hot it was etc. Plenty to choose from, both hot and cold, for breakfast which was included, however as a vegan the options were limited (as you'd expect in Gran Canaria). Saw people having freshly cooked pancakes and omlettes made whilst you wait by the hotel chef. Drinks and bar snacks were reasonably priced. Although the menu and kitchen opening times are limited, there are many options nearby for food so this isn't an issue. Ideal base for a relaxing holiday and would def consider returning if we happen to visit Maspalomas in the future.

The gym is quite small and was exceptionally warm during our stay as it does not have air conditioning. Limited vegetarian and vegan food options available for breakfast/on the bar menu.

Great hotel and location. Would 100% stay again

Fantastic hotel, loved everything being on one level. All areas very well cared for and maintained. Pool was a nice almost warm temperature. Comfortable beds and good AC. Fantastic location. Very clean and lovely housekeeping staff.

For me, the pool lacked some music. Just some chilled background music - but I appreciate this is my taste and maybe not others. I took my breakfast back to my room (I was in room 2 so I was literally 5 steps from the breakfast area) because I didn’t fancy the breakfast area with a hangover… and when I did I received a call from reception to tell me there was an extra charge for doing so - Though it’s worth mentioning the call was very polite and I was told I wouldn’t be charged this time, but next time. I was a little irritated by this charging policy but on reflection it’s probably to discourage people taking lots from the buffet and making their lunch. Breakfast was good but did lack sausages (at least on the day I went)

Just back and already booked here again for December.

Room layout and facilities ideal

only minor thing, some of the towels and bedding have seen better days, but i understand it's hard to keep things like new especially with all the washing and sun cream staining, everything was clean, but a few stains/marks on some bedding and towels.

Gorgeous

Beautiful, sparkling clean and welcoming. Incredibly helpful staff, really comfortable bed. Great location. Breakfast buffet was superb, and the facilities were all top-notch. Would definitely recommend.

AC unit was too far away from the bed to be much use, but otherwise I couldn't possibly complain.
